Malcolm is an independent optometrist practising in Aberdeen. He is a past Chairman of Grampian Optometrists and a member of Grampian Area Optometric Committee. He also represents the College on Optometry Scotland.

Hal Rollason BSc FCOptom Hal is Chairman of FODO Scotland and Vice Chairman of Glasgow Area Optometric Committee. He works as an Optometrist in the East End of Glasgow, and although providing a general eye practice, he is particularly interested in Diabetic Eye care, Macular Degeneration, and Dry Eye Management. Hal is also Director of Black and Lizars Ltd.

Dr Scott Mackie is a consultant optometrist at Glasgow Nuffield Hospital and the Royal Hospital for Sick Children, Glasgow. He is also a College Examiner and Assessor, a CET approver on behalf of the GOC, a member of ABDO and a Hospital Level Two Diabetic Retinopathy Grader. Dr Mackie organises Eyecare 3000 a yearly three-day CET event hosted In Scotland and Ireland and runs his own 2 practices.
